Wednesday, January 14, 2009 - This is a young wine in need of decanting. A more exotic/flamboyant expression of Pouilly-Fume, but clearly a great wine. Piercing minerality, citrus/green fruit flavors that expand into something more exotic (un-ripe peach) with air. Very expressive on the palate and a long, long penetrating finish. Outstanding wine.
