Wednesday, March 27, 2019 - Pale Ruby color. Lush aromas of cherry and vanilla on the nose. The wine is smooth on the palate and features spot-on notes typical of SLH Pinot...dark cherry, strawberry, plum, cola, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Medium acid, medium-high alcohol, low-medium tannins. Paired well with baked salmon.
