Thursday, August 31, 2023 - Pop and pour. Lovely, even on day 2 open, though fading a bit today. On the nose: spice, cranberry, soft stems. On the palate: good density, fantastic acidity, crushed stone, soft stems, blackberry, cranberry, soft tang and attenuated tannin on the juicy finish. Fantastic yesterday, when everything was more intense, but excellent today.
