Friday, March 13, 2020 - Wow. The lack of sugar is really, really noticeable. I opened before our dinner and this was a bad aperitif. Was much, much better with food. Very interesting to try this first ever bottling and in fairness, got a lot better with air and after a few glasses of something else.
