Friday, July 24, 2020 - Rich, dark ruby in the glass with aromas of ripe red fruit and baking spice. On the palate, this one is a dark berried beast, with spice and oak and earth. This is well crafted, but not one of my favorites from Lynmar flavor profile perspective. Though the nose developed nicely over the course of the evening, the body itself was almost too weighty and "murky" to be enjoyed as a Pinot.
