Wednesday, March 7, 2012 - Decanted. Musty smell at pouring gave way to herbal fruity smell half an hour after decanting through aerating funnel. An hour after decanting it had a rich and full smell of coffee and dark fruit. A little acid flavor, but quite well balanced. A medium long after taste. A great pairing with strip steak, Bearnaise, and oven roasted potato wedges.
