Saturday, January 17, 2015 - Textbook Paullic. Dark fruit and tar as soon as opened. Decanted for 2 hours. Drinking beautifully. Just a bit light on the mid-palate. Beautiful wine. Will not improve but drink just as beautifully for the next 2-3 years.
