Similar on the palate, balanced, seamless, polished and refined, medium-full body. Seems to be at early maturity but likely to improve. If the Grand Vin is a symphony orchestra, this is a superb chamber orchestra, worth considering for those wishing to experience this legendary chateau for a fraction of the price of its big brother.
