Friday, March 13, 2020 - I'm more of a Left Bank, complex, refined wine lover. But, this was just spot-on and super enjoyable with a grilled prime NY strip. Nothing complicated... just salt, pepper, nice crust, and a really bold, in your face Napa cab with surprisingly well integrated tannins.
