Monday, August 28, 2023 - Nicely aged Zind, drinking well already. A blend of 65% Chardonnay and 35% Auxerrois, aged in old oak barrels. Medium golden colour. Intense aroma of peaches, acacia, honeysuckle, stone, ripe yellow apples, melon. Medium body, fresh, vibrant and juicy, saline lemony and peachy flavours hints of ripe apples, zesty high acidity, clean finish.
