Sunday, March 18, 2018 - Nose of red cherries and vanilla.

Spicy on the palate, while body is medium light.
Pretty balanced and oak seems nicely integrated.
It has a typical Sangiovese freshness that I really like.

Finish is medium with hints of cherry tart.
Decent wine with an interesting touch to it.

Pushed the cork back and then chucked the wine into a fridge.

Day 2:
Nose and Palate has softened considerably. Even more elegance and balance than day 1.
Quite some leathery secondary flavors today which makes it taste really nice.

Loving this wine!
