Sunday, April 11, 2021 - Red with orange rim. Dark cherries, white pepper, herbs (sage?), earth, vanilla, hint of licorice. Nice high acidity, med tannin, med alcohol. Lighter than I typically expect from a Yamhill Carlton. Well balanced with a longish finish.
