Sunday, June 20, 2021 - Father's Day Chardonnay (DeeCee): Gold, fine bead. Really explosive of the nose and palate with a lot of oxidative/autolytic stuff going on here. Rich, nutty, creamy, with a fair amount of spice. Same goes for the palate, with a long and satisfying finish. Lots of ripe golden apple as well.

Seems to be in a nice and expressive drinking window!
