Tuesday, December 4, 2018 - Nice bottle. Not especially memorable but a solid cabernet. Initially a bit tight and light but after decanting it put on some weight. Flavors of cassis, cocoa, and a hint of clove. Smooth and well integrated. Drinking well right now. Paired well with cabernet braised short ribs and white cheddar polenta.
