Tuesday, December 12, 2017 - Medium garnet with ruby cheeks. Even with air this shows elements of reduction, tightening the nose to straightforward but fairly classic aromas of fresh and dried red fruit, red roses and baked clay-like earth. Supple and round on the palate with sweet red fruit flavors on the entry giving way to fine tannins and bright acidity that liven the finish. One could ask for a bit more depth here, but this is tasty nonetheless.
