Wednesday, December 23, 2020 - Very nice again, notable this time is lovely red fruit, aged red fruit, kind-of dusky with an overlay of light floral notes, tobacco. Nice balanced acid and smooth, defined tannin. Served with black trumpet mushrooms sauteed in light cream sauce. Perfect combo.
