Saturday, November 21, 2020 - Drank over several nights. Coming together better than the bottle from several years ago which was overly tannic and burly. In line with most notes of dark berry, licorice, cedar. At this point not enough here to justify the high price for me but this seems like it will go for a long time so I'm going to put my other bottle in deep storage and forget about it for a decade or more.
