Friday, March 9, 2018 - Tropical, yes, but it evolves, and loads of minerals here and a fine acidity; on day 3 after opening, this is much better, and stands out as a true Northern Rhône white, rather than the cliché (drink early) Condrieu; no hurry here, very fine.
