Saturday, April 29, 2023 - Drinking nicely at 10 years of age. Dark red fruit on the nose, the palate was dark cherry, red plum, chocolate, coffee and some herbs. The finish was moderate to long. Served alongside an oven roasted salmon but it really shined when we finished the bottle with the cheese course.
