Saturday, March 14, 2020 - Even though I should’t, I still get surprised by how slowly cab franc ages. About 3 years since previous bottle and this wine still tastes young with mostly primärt aromas. The oak spices has mostly disappeared but there is slightly more green aromas now. Still good, but not better than young. Will keep my remaining bottle for at least 5 years.
