Saturday, April 4, 2015 - PNP. In the glass there is a torrent of tiny bubbles unleashed after pouring. This actually makes it difficult to analyze because all I smell at first is the co2 minerality. Even after a while in the glass this is still going strong but I get some strawberry now and some damp earth. Swishing coats the mouth with acid and these darn bubbles. Sipping shows tart apple skins and bright strawberry flavors, with wonderful fresh acidity and a med length super clean finish. This will be a great alternative for the patio this summer. Lacks the richness of blanc de noir which is what makes it so refreshing.
