Friday, June 16, 2023 - Tannic. I was wondering where this strong taste was from. I checked the label. 40 days on the skins after fermentation. You can really tell. I liked the 2016 more as it was more flavorful while the tannins mask the fruit somewhat with this one. Still a good wine.
