Saturday, April 8, 2023 - Decanted for ten hours before sipping a glass at dinner, and was able to track the subtle shifts on the nose during that time. After ten hours, it still seemed a little tight (!) but gave off complex notes of berries, crushed stone, graphite. Saving the rest of the bottle for two more evenings. A wine clearly built for decades.
