Saturday, September 12, 2020 - Excellent mid red colour. Initial burst of typical Musar on the nose. Surprising amount of lush fruit with only the Musar rusticity in the background. As time went on it was just an excellent lush, blanced, full raisiny full fruit wine but not Musar at all by the end. I cannot fault this as a wine but I worry that even this producer might be trying for a global style with this effort. I don't believe there is anything there to show it will develop into anything more sublime and in fact I think as time goes on it will be less like Muasr than now.
