Friday, June 11, 2021 - I just don’t think that this is ready for drinking yet.
It has a lovely, meaty, cherry core with plenty of acid bite. The magic that may appear has not resolved itself yet and at the moment, whilst a pleasant drinking experience, this remains somewhat within itself.
