Sunday, July 5, 2020 - The ultimate over performer. Nose red currant, cedar, plum. Palate shockingly fruit driven with nice acidity and plum fruit. Minerality and tannins there bit well integrated. Big and long finish. Ok it’s a bit rustic and burly. But it’s a castillon. This is really good serious juice. Not a tired bone in this bottle.
