Thursday, August 1, 2019 - Shy nose of chocolate, chiles, and dark berries, with an emerging note of black pepper. Pure clear focused fruit on the palate with a smooth tannic acid fusion at the back moving into a long vibrating acid finish. Balance, spice, lilt, promise. Excellent with rabbit cacciatore.
