Sunday, March 10, 2024 - This is still young, but I couldn't resist opening one just to see where it is. Loaded with plum, cocoa, with some licorice and a stony/graphite hint. I drank this over 4 days and it was definitely much more open and appealing on days 2 and 3. This is not a "tannic monster," so is quite nice even at this youthful stage. Drink, with a long decant or, preferably, hold for at least 7+ yrs. This will definitely reward patience.
