Wednesday, October 26, 2022 - Not cloying sweet. Bright, medium weight. Jived perfectly with a coconut cream pie. Did well with brownie a la mode. Also nice by itself. And was a good accompaniment to a goat cheese-pecan-lightly dressed salad first course. Versatile
