Saturday, January 13, 2018 - A beautiful bottle, and seemed like it might even benefit from some more age. Rather intense nose with loads of lemon and citrus peel. Still not showing much secondary, just the slightest hint of nuttiness. Beautiful acidity on the palate, with great stony minerality and soft bubbles.
