Friday, November 16, 2007 - Marchesi de' Frescobaldi (Parco dei Principi, Rome): 80% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Semillon. Medium gold colour. Full-on aromas of tropical fruit, that typical, um, cat thing, and some oak. Surprisingly, the oak does not mask or obscure the other aromas. Like it a lot.
