Sunday, July 12, 2015 - This is delicious, interesting stuff. On PnP the dried herbs were most notable -- garrigue? Fennel? An hour in, a green pepper note emerged (one of us stopped at green, the other went to Jalapeño), perhaps from the Cab Franc? Great body, great acidity. At once both fascinating and gluggable. Everyone loved it (and felt compelled to comment on it).
