Tuesday, December 6, 2022 - This wine is maturing fantastically. That being said it might be approaching the beginning of its peak. There is more of a white peppery taste than prior bottles but my previous notes remain consistent. Dark, rich color, leather and tobacco nose, dark and tart cherry on the palate with a great finish. Good stuff.
