Thursday, January 21, 2016 - Monthly tasting club "The Tasting Club" 2016-01; Languedoc Roussillon Grenache dominated wines (@ JC): Cherries and red berries e.g. raspberries and strawberries in the clean bouquet. On the palate red berries like raspberries, a touch of sweetness, pleasant acidity, round and soft tannin. A bit like lemonade with alcohol. A clean and simple, but very correct party wine.
