Friday, November 10, 2017 - Pale lemon color. Medium intesity aromas of citrus, green apple, hay, grass. On the palate the wine is dry, crisp, with medium plus acidity medium minus body and alcohol. Flavors on the palate demonstrate above including minerality and grapefruit, granny smith apples. Length of the finish is medium minus. Overall the wine is balanced and demonstrates some complixity with a quality assessment of good.
