Friday, March 16, 2018 - Underbrush, tar, floral notes, sour cherry. Tannin there, but far from unapproachable. Medium to lighter bodied, with medium plus acid, a touch of warmth on the finish. Better with food. Paired great with a rich brasato. Good QPR.

Better day 2, more depth, gains a touch of weight and more open knit. Nice. Might improve over the next few.
