Monday, May 11, 2020 - Opened up with notes of tree fruits, sugar cookie, sourdough; Not as precise and structured as other 2008's I've had, but on the other hand, drinking really well now and quite approachable. Doseage seems a little high here, and more on the fruit tip than mineral. TBS, very good, nice with eggrolls wrapped in lettuce and mint.
