Friday, November 20, 2015 - I had this wine decanted for 45 minutes before trying ......used Zalto Burgundy glass which was the best.
It has a dry mouth feel, with notes of really acid cherry´s
The nose with some heat is cherry and something like marzipan....but overall for the money i think its lacking, or maybe i am just too demanding.
My idea is that this would be a great Pizza wine with the acidity to balance the fattiness of the pizza...
