Monday, April 1, 2019 - two bottles opened within a couple of months. Pretty similar. Seemed tired at first but got better with air. So I opened the second one one hour before serving and left it in a cool place. It did the trick. Nose on citrus side, gently waxy, a touch of honey. Still bright with a lovely lingering acidity and enough flesh to make it very enjoyable. I do not believe it will get anything more in the cellar. I would drink up, but no hurry.
