Tuesday, March 7, 2023 - Decanted 2 hours. Intense nose full of pencil shavings, violet, pine needle and blackcurrants. So classic! Palate is rich, round - super liveliness with fresh acidity, clear medium & integrated tannins, lots of blackcurrants, thyme, gentle fennel. Long persistence with plenty of mouth feel. Excellent. Still feels quite young but opens up in the glass. Drink 2023-35.
