Monday, May 26, 2008 - Union des Grands Crus de Bordeaux 2005 vintage tasting and dinner (Conrad Interntational, Singapore): UGC tasting. Nice wine, but very straightforward and just a touch rustic. Clean flavours, with bramble, some fruit, frim tannins and a slightly green, minty finish.
