Friday, April 5, 2024 - This wine seems to have shut down a bit since last time I opened a bottle 3 years ago. On the palate, the fruit is exceptionally pure and precise, just so elegant and silky. Sadly though, this is giving very little aromatically, which was a disappointment considering what I've experienced with other bottles of Mugnier Amoureuses (including this 14' when it was younger). I would hold these bottles for a few more years at this point and hopefully catch it on the other side of this slightly awkward phase.
