Sunday, January 27, 2019 - Big, dry,bold. Scents of cedar, anise, and rosemary present a very inviting aroma. Blackberry, and charcoal envelop the palate from this complex mulberry colored cuvée. My next bottle will be opened along side a nice grilled lamb chop!
