Monday, April 8, 2024 - I tasted this on release and thought it was killer, but knew it needed time. This has transformed into something special--this is a Baby Monte Bello. Medium-plus bodied, with dark red fruit balanced with acidity and a silky finish. This is what California Cab should be--totally delicious, but not sweet, not over the top, and a joy with a meal. Make sure you decant this or use one of those filter-spouts because this threw a ton of sediment.
