Tuesday, October 27, 2020 - Nose of cassis and cherry, well balanced palate with plenty of life and fruit left. Tart cherry, more cassis, not especially complex but straight up Cabernet with a med+ peppery finish. A little tannin still but fine with food and nicely balanced with mouth watering acid to complement almost any food. Not at all heavy - mid+ weight. Opening after an hour to show even more flavor. Very good, well crafted wine.
