Sunday, November 6, 2022 - 2+ hours in the decanter, paired with ribeye. Just a beautiful wine all around, leather and tobacco and stone fruit, long finish. Made the steak better and the steak made the wine better - it's a wine that cries out to be drunk with a ribeye or a filet mignon
