Tuesday, March 22, 2022 - Bright and delicate bouquet of fresh dark fruit, cassis, and rose petals, with hints of white pepper and pencil shavings. Initial acidity and tannins softened after a couple hours (requires minimum 2 hour decent) and married perfectly with grilled ribeye. Lovely wine, early in its drinking window - looking forward to great things from this case in the years ahead.
