Thursday, November 28, 2019 - 90 mins slow ox, another two hours in glass. Drinking well. Cherry liqueur dominates with strong savory herb and earth notes, and body is medium, almost light. Took those couple hours to open up, seems like lots of mileage left. Wine 2 of 2 paired with Thanksgiving Dinner.
