Sunday, July 22, 2018 - PnP for a Chinese takeout dinner

-color: a golden straw yellow
-Body: by appearance this is a medium plus body, as expected for a kabinett with 11% abv
-aroma:peaches, a little petrol, peach skin, ripe red apple
-Palate: red apple, peach skin and flesh with medium acidity. There’s a ripe apple finish that lingers for a solid 10-15 seconds.
