Wednesday, January 23, 2008 - Tasting Group Dinner - Paella, White Burgundy, Steaks, and Bordeaux (Chris Palm's House, Minneapolis): Light gold color. The palate is an intense, racy blend of citrus, minerals, honey, and a hint of grassiness. Very young and tightly wound. Packed with minerals. Nice steely cut here -- classic Puligny. Really long finish. Delicious.
